Credit Card Policies

Refund Policy
ALL refunds will be made in the form of a check and mailed once we have been notified of the cancellation, there will be no credits posted to credit cards.

In the event ISEA cancels an event due to lack of numbers and/or weather, all participants will receive a full refund which will include all processing fees.

No Refunds will be given once an event has begun.

Individual Camps & Clinics
A full refund will be given to any cancellation made 14 days prior to the event. Credit card users will be refunded event registration fee only; processing fee will not be refunded.

Within 8-13 days of an event, 50% of the registration fee will be subtracted from the refund.

No refunds will be given within 7 days of the event.

In the event of an injury prohibiting an athlete from participation, a full refund will be given upon receipt of a medical excuse from a licensed medical professional.

Tournament Teams
A full refund will be given to any cancellation made 14 days prior to the event.

If the cancellation occurs 13-8 days prior to the event there will be a 50% processing fee subtracted from the refund.

There is NO REFUND for any cancellation within 7 days of the event.
